凹叶木兰营养器官解剖结构的生态适应性

摘    要:本文通过对四川省和云南省分布的凹叶木兰茎和叶的解剖学对比研究,发现四川分布的一年生和两年生凹叶木兰茎与相应云南分布的茎在解剖学上无明显差异。四川分布的凹叶木兰叶表皮略厚于云南分布的植株约0.4μm。而四川分布的凹叶木兰叶的栅栏/海绵组织厚度比接近1,云南分布的凹叶木兰叶厚度比略大于1。可见,云南分布的凹叶木兰叶的解剖结构表现出适应于强光照的趋向。

Abstract:The anatomical structure of Magnolia sargentiana in Sichuan and Yunnan provinces have been observed and studied.The results showed that there were not significant differences of annual and biennial stems between Sichuan and Yunnan provinces.The leaf epidermal thickness of Magnolia sargentiana in Sichuan province was 0.4 μm thicker than that in Yunnan province.The value of palisade tissues/spongy tissue in Sichuan province was close to 1,moreover,that in Yunnan province was slightly greater.It indicated that the anatomical structure of Magnolia sargentiana in Yunnan province tended to adapt to intensive light.
