摘    要:采用Griffing双列杂交设计方法Ⅱ,对5个柞蚕品种10组合的14个主要经济性状的方差与配合力进行了分析。结果表明:有11个性状的配合力大小差异显著或极显著,遗传差异真实存在;不同品种或组合同一性状,同一品种或组合不同性状间配合力差异不同。分析表明,茧层率、全茧量、千粒茧重和全龄经过等性状主要受加性基因控制,能较真实地遗传给子代;公斤卵茧层量、公斤卵收茧量、公斤卵收茧数、收蚁结茧率等产量性状除受加性效应控制外,非加性效应更大。从综合分析结果看,金凤×抗大、金凤×青6、抗大×方山黄组合F1表现出较优良的可应用性能,可直接应用于生产。

Abstract:Variance and combining ability for 14 primary economic characters of 5 tussah varieties were estimated from 10 crosses mated in Griffing's diallel-cross design method II. The differences among combining ability for 11 characters are significant or highly significant, reflecting the existence of genetical differences. The combining ability varies for same character of different varieties or crosses, so it is for different characters of same variety or cross. The result of analysis shows that characters like cocoon shell rate, cocoon weight, 1000 cocoon weight and larval duration are mainly controlled by additive genes, so they can be genetically inherited by filial generation. Besides the control of additive genes, other characters like cocoon shell weight for 1 kg eggs, cocoon weight for 1 kg eggs, number of cocoons for 1 kg eggs and cocooning rate are more easily affected by non-additive factors. According to the analysis result, the first filial generation of the cross of Jinfeng and Kangda, Jinfeng and Qing 6 and the cross of Kangda and Fangshanhuang showed better performance, thus can be used directly in mass production.
