烟叶不同区位主要化学成分差异分析

摘    要:对不同产区的3个等级4个区位烟叶样品的化学成分进行了系统的比较分析,探讨了不同产区的4个区位烟叶化学成分的相似性。结果表明:不同区位烟叶中化学成分含量有一定的差异,还原糖含量叶缘、叶尖较高,叶基低;淀粉叶基较高,叶缘较低;烟碱中下部烟叶叶缘、叶基较高,叶中较低;总氮叶尖较高,叶缘、叶中较低;钾离子含量叶基最高;色素成分含量叶基最高。3个等级的还原糖含量在4个区位之间均达到极显著正相关,其他成分在4个区位之间也存在不同的相关性。

Analysis of Difference in Main Chemical Compositions of Tobacco Leaves among Different Positions

Abstract:The comparative study was conducted for the chemical compositions of four positions of tobacco leaf samples with 3 grades from different tobacco - growing areas. The results showed that there were certain differences in the content of chemical com- positions of tobacco leaves among four positions. The content of reducing sugar was higher in leaf tip and leaf margin, and lower in leaf base; the content of starch was higher in leaf base, and lower in leaf margin; the content of nicotine was higher in leaf margin and leaf base, and lower in leaf center; the content of total nitrogen was higher in leaf tip, and lower in leaf margin and leaf center; the content of potassium was the highest in leaf base ; the content of pigment was the highest in leaf base. The content of reducing sugar showed significantly positive correlation at 1% level among four positions of tobacco leaves with 3 grades, and the content of other chemical compositions also had different correlations among four positions.
