微波辐射十二烷基磺酸铁催化合成苯甲醛正丁硫醇缩醛

摘    要:以十二烷基磺酸铁为催化剂,经微波辐射催化合成了苯甲醛正丁硫醇缩醛。结果表明,当微波辐射功率为450 W,辐射时间6 min,苯甲醛50 mmol,n(苯甲醛)∶n(正丁硫醇)∶n(十二烷基磺酸铁)=50∶180∶2.5时,苯甲醛正丁硫醇缩醛的收率为82.1%。该合成反应条件温和,反应时间短,操作简便,收率高,催化剂可重复使用,是一种环境友好型催化反应。所得产物经过元素分析,IR和1H NMR表征。

Abstract:The benzaldehyde butyl mercaptal was effectively synthesized by reaction of benzaldehyde and butylthiol under microwave irradiation catalyzed by ferric tri(dodecanesulfonate).The results indicated that microwave irradiation power P=450 W,irradiation time T=6 min,mole ratios n(benzaldehyde) ∶n(butylthiol) ∶n(catalyst) = 50∶180∶2.5,the yield of benzaldehyde butyl mercaptal was up to(82.1%).The advantages of this process are:simple workup,short reaction,high yield,recyclable catalyst and friendly environment.
