猪白细胞抗原和生殖激素水平对产仔性能的影响

摘    要:对232头经产母猪进行了SLA分型、生殖激素水平和产仔性状测定,其中,D型母猪的产仔性能显著高于其他类型,表明SLA分型可以成为猪繁殖性能的辅助选择遗传标记;在母猪泌乳阶段,促黄体素(LH)、雌激素(E2)和孕酮(P4)的水平都较低,在配种阶段,雌激素分泌达到峰值,在怀孕15d时,促黄体素和孕酮的分泌达到峰值。高产、中产和低产母猪在各生理阶段的激素水平差异不显著,难以预测产仔数的多少。

Abstract:Two hundred and thirty two sows were studied to determine the influence of SLA and reproductive hormones on litter size Compared with other SLA type sows,type D had higher reproduction.So SLA type might be used as a genetic marker in reproduction selection.During the lactation,LH,E 2 and P 4 levels kept low .E 2 reached its peak at breeding stage.LH and P 4 reached their peaks on the 15th day of pregnancy.LH,E 2 and P 4 at different stages showed no significant differences among higher,middle and lower reproduction sows,which indicated that to predict litter size of sows with difference of hormone levels was difficult.
