| 摘 要： | 用9头黑白花种公牛,研究了锌和碘对公牛精液品质、精清酶活性、血清 T_4浓度及血、精清锌浓度的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加锌可显著改善公牛的精液品质,降低精清 GOT 和 LDH 活性;添加碘可明显提高血清 T_4浓度;同时添加锌和碘可使血、精清锌浓度显著提高。

| Abstract: | The effects of zinc and iodine supplementation on semen quality,enzymatic activities,thyroxine and zinc concentration in the serum or seminal plasma of 9 dairy bulls were deter-mined.The results showed that supplementing 100ppm zinc can significantly improve semenquality and decrease the GOT and LDH activities of seminal plasma.Serum thyroxine con-centration was increased significantly with iodine addition.Zinc content in serum or seminalplasma was increased markedly with zinc and iodine supplementation. |
