泰州市部分乡镇鸡大肠杆菌的分离及药敏试验

鸡大肠杆菌病(Chieken colibacillosis)是大埃希氏菌(Escherchia colibacilli)对养鸡业的危害巨大。该病主要依靠药物防治,但药物的大量使用带来了大肠杆菌多重耐药性和药物残留等诸多问题。本文对2008年至2009年两年间至我市动物门诊部就诊的大肠杆菌病病例进行了细菌的分离鉴定和药敏试验,先后从160例疑似病、死鸡分离出113株细菌,生化鉴定101株分离株属大肠杆菌。选择具有代表性的6个鸡场分离的大肠杆菌的药敏试验结果表明,该地区大肠杆菌对氧氟沙星、头孢噻呋、头孢噻肟、阿米卡星、磺胺甲基异恶唑、氟苯尼考、安普霉素等药物敏感。以上结果为该地区制定较为科学合理的预防和治疗措施提供了一定的借鉴。
