摘    要:
联合利用色谱聚焦和离子交换色谱对薏苡种子抗真菌蛋白进行了快速分离分析,首次发现一种新的薏苡抗真菌蛋白。该蛋白经SDS-PAGE检测相对分子质量在38左右,利用胶内酶切和MALDI-TOF-MS完成了肽谱分析,并进行了数据库搜索。

Abstract:
Chromatofocusing and ion-exchange chromatography were combined to rapidly isolate and analyze antifungal proteins in Coix lacryma-jobi Linn seed. A new antifungal protein in Coix lacryma-jobi Linn seed was first found. Its relative molecular mass was about 38 by SDS-PAGE determination and its peptide mass finger-print was obtained through in-gel-digestion and MALDI-TOF-MS analysis. The peptide mass fingerprint data obtained then were searched in the public database.
