摘    要:本研究以GenBank中登录的几种常见支原体的16S rRNA基因序列为标准,依据其属、种特征设计了3对引物,对猪肺炎支原体DNA进行PCR扩增,建立PCR扩增体系和条件。然后以此体系和条件对从市场上随机购买的猪瘟活疫苗样品进行检测。结果显示:3对PCR引物都可以从疫苗样品中检测到支原体的污染,3对引物的检出率分别为20%、17.1%和14.3%,说明猪瘟活疫苗中的支原体污染为多种支原体的混合污染,污染源较为复杂。

Abstract:In this study,several common mycoplasma's 16S rRNA gene sequences in the GenBank were used as standards,and three pairs of primers were designed according to their genus features,the corresponding specific PCR amplification systems and conditions were established.Finally,using these systems and conditions,the hog cholera live vaccines bought from market randomly were detected.The results showed that all of the three primers could detect mycoplasma contamination from different vaccines,the detection rate of the three primers was 20%,17.1% and 14.3%,respectively,which demonstrated that the mycoplasma contamination in classical swine fever live vaccines was caused by multiple mycoplasma,and the source of contamination was complicated.
