摘    要:以红兴隆科研所选育的10份玉米自交系为被测系,采用NCII交配设计的原理和方法,研究了9个性状的配合力及其群体遗传参数。结果表明:被测系各性状的一般配合力方差均达极显著水平。红系316等3个自交系的综合性状较优,可在育种中直接利用;而红系320和红系324综合性状较差,需改良后方可利用;其余自交系部分性状的一般配合力较优,可用来改良其它自交系或作为选育二环系的基础材料。被测系多数性状的一般配合力方差大于特殊配合力方差,穗长、穗粗、行数、行粒数的遗传力大于50%,可以早期进行选择;而秃尖、百粒重、出籽率则受环境影响较大。

Abstract:The 10 maize inbred lines selected in Hongxinglong have be tested on the paper to study on combining ability and its genetic parameters of 9 characters with the methods and principles of NCII crossing design. The result indicated that the variance of the general combining ability of the test line on all characters was very significant. The five lines of Hongxi316 etc. with the better comprehensive characters can be directly used in maize breeding program ; Other than lines of Hongxi320 and Hongxi324 with worse comprehensive characters to be modified before use. Other lines with better general combining ability on its partial characters can be used as modified or basic material of pedigree selection. GCA variance of their most characters was bigger than SCA variance. Heribility of ear length etc. four characters were more than 50 percent, can be selected in early stage, but bald length, 100-kernel weight and kernel rate was bigger effected by environmental variance.
