摘    要:以处理时间为因素,按正交试验方案采用两段浸渍法对杉间材进行处理,第1段用质量分数为20%的Na2SiO3处理,第2段采用6%H3BO3与10%的PEG-1 000的复合溶液进行处理。结果表明:处理后杉间材的顺纹抗压强度、硬度均比素材有不同程度的提高,分别平均增加27.37%和14.58%;而试材经不同阶段处理后的尺寸稳定性能各异,其中以第1段处理12 h后再经第2段处理24 h时的尺寸稳定性能改善明显,抗胀率达37.60%.

Abstract:The modification on thinning wood of Cunninghamia lancelolate by double diffusion to improve wood properties was(discussed.)Wood samples were first steeped in 20% Na_2SiO_3,then in the mixture of 6% H\3BO_3 with 10% PEG-1 000.The results showed that compression strength of the parallel grain and hardness of treated wood increased on an average by 27.37% and 14.58%respectively.The dimensional stability of treated wood was improved obviously when the wood sample was steeped at the first treating stage for 12 h and then at the second one for 24 h.
