| 摘 要： | 针对寒地水稻产业发展的现状,结合黑龙江省的气温、降水、土质等优越条件,指出该省是生产优质稻米的好地方。同时就当前生产中存在的问题,从优化质量、提高稻米品质、选用优良品种等方面提出优质稻米生产的相关技术和相应政策。

| Abstract: | According to the present situation of rice indus tr y in frigid area,combining with the favorable conditions:air temperature,prec ipitation,soil nature etc.in heilongjiang,point out this province is a good place to produce high quality rice.At the same time ,aiming to some proble ms in producing,the relevant technology and suitable policy on improving qual ity,perfecting character,and selecting excellent variety are advanced. |
