| 摘 要： | 我国植物油工业是近年来发展最快、受自由贸易影响最大的农产品加工业之一,植物油工业的迅猛发展及其面临的诸多问题引起了研究者的关注。详细考察了我国植物油工业发展的现状与瓶颈,在此基础上,提出了促进行业发展的对策建议。
