摘    要:经过3年来的研究和指导生产的实践,对我国传统的熏枣加工技术有了较全面的了解,现将该技术总结归纳成系统的加工工艺,以促进熏枣加工技术的推广和发展.

It may pro-mote he popularization and development of this technology.
