大头艾纳香甲醇提取物对萝卜蚜作用机理的研究

摘    要:目的]探讨大头艾纳香甲醇提取物对萝卜蚜的作用机理。方法]采用冷浸法制备大头艾纳香甲醇提取物,采用叶片喷雾法研究大头艾纳香甲醇提取物对萝卜蚜体内蛋白质含量及3种保护酶活性的影响。结果]与对照相比,大头艾纳香甲醇提取物显著降低了萝卜蚜体内的CAT活性,显著提高了SOD活性,但对蛋白质含量和POD活性无影响。结论]为新型植物性杀虫剂的研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the function mechanism of the methanol extract of Blumea megacephala Chang et Tseng against Lipaphis erysimi Kaltenbach.Method] The methanol extract of B.megacephala was prepared by using cold soak method.Effects of the methanol extract of B.megacephala on the content of protein and the activities of three kinds of protective enzymes of L.erysimi was studied by using blade spray method.Result] The methanol extract of B.megacephala significantly decreased the activity of CAT and increased the activity of SOD,while it had no significant effects on the content of protein and the activity of POD.Conclusion] The result provides theoretical basis for the study on new botanical insecticide.
