摘 要: | [目的]研究不同光环境条件下炼苗后烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)幼苗植物学性状和生理指标,比较不同光环境条件下漂浮育苗的炼苗效果。[方法]供试烤烟品种为云烟85。烟苗生长60 d后炼苗10 d。设4个炼苗处理,处理1:B棚(光强约为自然光的75%)育成的苗在自然光下炼苗,处理2:B棚育成的苗到A棚(A棚光强约为自然光的50%)里炼苗,处理3:A棚育成的苗到自然光下炼苗,处理4:A棚育成的苗在A棚(50%自然光)里炼苗。[结果]在自然光下炼苗后的烟苗鲜重和茎叶重比都比在较低光强条件下炼苗的烟苗小,但干鲜比、根冠比和根重比是自然光下炼苗的成苗较高;在自然光环境下炼苗后的烟苗叶片转换酶活性高于较弱光环境下炼苗的烟苗,烟苗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素含量和根系活力以自然光环境条件下炼苗的烟苗较高。弱光环境条件下炼苗效果差。[结论]该研究可为烟草培育壮苗育苗提供理论指导。

Abstract: | [Objective] The purpose was to study botany properties and physiological indices of tobacco seedlings after hardening under different light conditions,and compare their hardening effects in floating system.[Method] Yunyan 85 seedlings hardened 10 days after growth 60 days.Four treatments were designed.Treatment 1 was that seedlings cultivated in B greenhouse(Light intensity was 75% of natural light) hardened in natural light.Treatment 2 was that seedlings cultivated in B greenhouse hardened in A greenhouse(Light intensity was 50% of natural light).Treatment 3 was that seedlings cultivated in A hardened in natural light.Treatment 4 was that seedlings cultivated in A hardened in A greenhouse.[Result] The results showed that fresh weight and weight of stem and leaf of seedlings hardened directly in natural light conditions were lower than those in lower light intensity,while their dry weight and fresh weight,ratio of root and shoot,ratio of root,blade converting enzyme activity,chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,chlorophyll content,carotenoid content and root vigor were higher than those in lower light intensity.So hardening under low light weakened the quality of tobacco seedlings.[Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical guidance for breeding strong tobacco seedlings. |
