木薯收获机械的研究现状及展望

摘    要:介绍了现有木薯收获机械,包括普通挖掘犁、挖掘分离收获一体式木薯收获机械、挖掘式木薯收获机。同时介绍了自行研制的挖拔式木薯收获机械的技术性能、工作原理与特点。展望了木薯收获机械的研究发展方向。认为在研发木薯收获机械时应考虑(1)由于木薯种植的地理条件多样,木薯收获机械应该具有能够更换的深松部件,并且具有一定的调节能力以适应尽量多的地形条件;(2)木薯收获机械应该具有能够收获多行木薯的能力以提高收获效率;(3)木薯收获机械应该具有调节功率输出的能力,可根据不同的土壤粘度状况做出适当的调整,以减少功率损耗;(4)木薯收获机械最好同时具备松土、挖掘木薯、拔起木薯、分离土块、切割木薯秸秆、集中木薯等功能,使得收获过程更加简单易行,实现较高的自动化。

Research Status and Prospect of Cassava Harvesting Machine

Abstract:The existing cassava harvesting machines were introduced,including common digging plow,digging,separating and harvesting integrated machine,and digging-type machine.And the technical performance,working principles and characteristics of the digging-pulling machine developed by our group were also introduced.The research direction of cassava harvesting machine was forecasted.Several conditions should be considered during the development of cassava harvesting machine.Firstly,due to the diverse geographic conditions of cassava planting,the machine should be equipped with the deep loosening parts which can be replaced and adjust to diverse terrain conditions.Secondly,the machine should have the ability to harvest the cassava of different rows so as to improve the harvesting efficiency.Thirdly,the power output of the machine should be adjusted according to different soil conditions so as to reduce power loss.Fourthly,it is better that the machine can complete the processes of soil loosening,cassava digging,cassava pulling,soil separating,cassava straw cutting and cassava collection at one time,so as to make the whole harvesting process more easy,practical and automatic.
