摘    要:[目的]探究G蛋白在光调控的气孔运动中的作用。[方法]通过药理学试验和气孔分析,证明G蛋白参与光诱导的气孔运动。[结果]CTX诱导光下气孔关闭,同时该效应可被H2O2清除剂Vc、CAT所逆转。[结论]光下G蛋白被钝化。G蛋白可能是H2O2的上游信号分子。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the role of G protein in light-regulated stomatal movement in Vicia faba L..[Method] The means of pharmacological approach and stomatal analysis were adopted to study the role of G protein in light-regulated stomatal movement.[Result] CTX induced stomatal closure under light,and it can be reversed by ascorbic acid and catalase.[Conclusion] G protein was blunted by light,and H2O2 may be the downsteam signal in G protein participated signal pathway.
