地榆中鞣质含量的测定

摘    要:[目的]建立地榆鞣质的含量测定方法,为进一步控制地榆鞣质半成品质量提供保证。[方法]以没食子酸为对照品,采用UV法测定地榆鞣质的含量,并进行方法学考察。[结果]以没食子酸计,地榆鞣质浓度在1.02~10.14μg/ml范围内与吸光度成良好的线性关系;精密度、重现性和回收率均符合要求,显色后40 min内吸光度值稳定。[结论]该方法简便快速准确,可用于地榆鞣质的含量测定。

Abstract:[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of tannins in RADIX SANGUISORBAE,so as to further control the quality of semi-finished tannin products.[Method] With gallic acid as reference substance,the UV spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of tannins,and inspect the methodology.[Result] With gallic acid as standard to calculate,tannins presented good linearity with absorbance at the concentration range of 1.02-10.14 μg/ml.The precision,reproducibility and recovery all met the requirements,and the absorbance was stable within the 40 minutes after the color reaction.[Conclusion] This method is simple,rapid and accurate,thus it can be used to measure the content of tannins in RADIX SANGUIDORBAE.
