摘    要:[目的]研究水生植物控制重金属污染废水的条件。[方法]采用生态浮床技术,研究不同水力停留时间(HRT)、pH、曝气强度及污染负荷条件下美人蕉对含铜废水的修复效果。[结果]美人蕉生态浮床系统在最优控制参数(HRT=5 d,pH=5~7,DO=5.1 mg/L)下,对低浓度含铜废水的去除率均可达到74%以上,且随着HRT、曝气强度的增加,对铜的去除率逐渐升高,直至达到稳定状态。美人蕉各器官对铜的富集规律为:根茎叶,最大吸附量分别达到了1 859.04、186.20、127.53 mg/kg。[结论]美人蕉生态浮床系统对含铜废水具有较好的处理效果。

Disposal of Copper-contaminated Water with Canna indica Ecological Floating Bed

Abstract:[Objective]To study the conditions of aquatic plants controlling the heavy metal contaminated water.[Method]The ecological floating bed technology was adopted to study the remediation effect of Canna indica on copper-containing wastewater under different hydraulic retention time(HRT),pH values,aeration intensities and pollution loads.[Result]Under best control parameters of 5 d HRT,5-7 pH,5.1 mg/L DO of the Canna indica,the removal rate for low concentration copper-containing wastewater could reach above 74%.However,with the increasing HRT and aeration intensity,the corresponding removal rate for copper also showed uptrend until the system reached a steady state.The enrichment regularities for copper of different Canna indica organs arranged in descending order were root,stem and leaf,and the corresponding maximum adsorption capacity reached 1 859.04 mg/kg,186.20 mg/kg and 127.53 mg/kg.[Conclusion]Canna indica ecological floating bed had good removal effect on the copper-contaminated water.
