摘    要:[目的]优化提取牡丹皮中丹皮酚的工艺参数。[方法]以丹皮酚产量为指标,以加水量、浸泡时间和蒸馏液体积为考察因素,采用design expert7.05数据处理系统对工艺参数进行预测分析和优化。[结果]最优提取工艺条件为:加水量为94 ml,浸泡时间为165min,收集蒸馏液体积为300 ml;在此条件下,丹皮酚的产量为16.42 mg/g。[结论]星点试验设计方法具有应用简便、预测性好等优点,可用于牡丹皮中丹皮酚提取参数的优化。

Extraction of Paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN Based on Central Composite Design

Abstract:[Objective] To optimize the test parameters for the extraction of paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN by distillation method.[Method] With paeonol yield as the index,the water addition amount,soaking time and the volume of distilled solution were taken as the investigated factors.Process parameters were optimized and analyzed by design expert7.05 data processing system.[Result] The optimal extraction condition was as follows: 94 ml water addition amount,165 min soaking time,and 300 ml distilled solution.Under this condition,the yield of paeonol reached 0.8209 g.[Conclusion] Central composite design(CCD) was simple and predictable and could be used for the optimization of extraction parameters of paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN.
