新型高选择性水杨酸根离子电极的研究

摘    要:[目的]采用紫外可见光谱技术研究电极响应机理。[方法]首次研制基于二苯甲酮缩氨基硫脲合镍(Ⅱ)金属配合物[Ni(Ⅱ)-BBKT]为中性载体的电位型阴离子选择性电极。[结果]该电极对水杨酸根(Sal-)具有优良的电位响应性能和选择性,在磷酸盐缓冲体系(pH 5.0)中电极电位呈现近能斯特响应,线性响应范围为5.9×10-5~1.0×10-1mo l/L,斜率为-55.9 mV/dec(25℃),检测下限为8.2×10-5mol/L,其选择性次序为Sal->ClO4->SCN->I->NO2>Br->NO3->Cl->SO32-。[结论]该离子选择性电极具有设备简单,操作方便,测量的范围宽广,灵敏度高等优点,在医学和环境监测中具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study response mechanism in view of UV spectroscopy technique.[Method] A novel solvent polymeric membrane electrode based on complexes of nickel(II) was described,which exhibited excellent selectivity and sensitivity towards salicylate ion.[Result]The electrode containing N,N’-bis-(biphenyl ketone)-thiosemicarbazo ane nickel(Ⅱ) had a near Nernstian potentiometric response from 5.9×10-5-1.0×10-1 mol/L with a detection limit 8.2×10-5 mol/L and a slope of-55.9 mV/dec in pH 5.0 of phosphorate buffer solution at 25 ℃.The selectivity sequence observed was Sal->ClO4->SCN->I->NO2->Br->NO3->Cl->SO32-.[Conclusion]The ion-selective electrode has simple structure,simple handled,wide potentiometric response range,highly sensitive,It has a certain application prospects in the medical and environmental monitoring.
