| 摘 要： | 以某农产品流通企业为例,用实证分析法对农产品流通企业的雇员流失问题进行研究,指出组织因子、机会因子、人际因子和工作因子是影响农产品流通企业雇员流失的主要因素,在此基础上提出了相应的建议,即改善薪酬制度、强化企业文化、持续对员工进行培训、强化领导者能力等。

| Abstract: | With one agro-products circulation enterprise for example,the brain drain problem of agro-products circulation enterprises was studied.It was pointed out the brain drain was mainly caused by the organizational,opportunity,interpersonal and job factors.And finally relevant solutions were proposed,that is,to improve the salary system,strengthen the enterprise culture,provide training to the employees and improve the leadership,etc. |
