摘    要:目的]为了探究入侵植物黄顶菊与土壤环境的关系。方法]选取河北沧州献县3个黄顶菊入侵地为样地,研究黄顶菊入侵后土壤因子、AM真菌定殖和生态分布变化规律。结果]黄顶菊根围AM真菌总定殖率均值为54.2%,定殖强度为46.2%,平均孢子密度为14个/g土,不同样地AM真菌孢子密度和定殖率差异明显,陈庄样地AM真菌泡囊、菌丝定殖率和孢子密度高于其他样地。AM真菌孢子密度、泡囊定殖率与土壤速效氮和磷酸酶呈0.01水平显著负相关,与pH和脲酶呈0.01水平显著正相关;菌丝定殖率和总定殖率与有机碳和球囊霉素呈0.01水平显著正相关,与pH呈0.05水平显著正相关,与速效磷呈0.01水平显著负相关;AM真菌定殖强度与土壤有机碳和球囊霉素呈0.01水平显著正相关,与速效磷呈0.01水平显著负相关;孢子密度与泡囊定殖率呈0.01水平显著正相关;总定殖率、菌丝定殖率和定殖强度之间呈0.01水平显著正相关。结论]AM真菌生态分布与土壤因子关系密切。AM真菌的存在有利于黄顶菊的入侵。黄顶菊的入侵改变了当地土壤的性质,使土壤肥力下降。

Impacts of Soil Factors on AM Fungi of Invasive Plants - Flaveria bidentis

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to explore the relationship of soil environment and invasive plants-Flaveria bidentis.Method] The changes of soil factors and colonization and AM fungi ecological distribution after the invasion in three F.bidentis invasion samples in Xian County of Hebei were studied.Result] The mean of total colonization was 54.2%,the mean of colonization strength was 46.2%,and a mean density of AM fungi was 14/g soil.There was significant difference on the total colonization and the spore densities of AM fungi among the three sampling sites,with the value at Chenzhuang higher than other samples.Both phosphatase and available N in the soil samples showed a extremely negative correlation on spore density and vesicular colonization,but pH and urease showed a extremely positive correletion.Hyphal colonization and totel colonization were closely related to soil organic and TEG and EEG matter,and positively with pH,but extremely positively correlated with available P.Colonization strength was closely related to soil organic and TEG and EEG matter,but extremely positively correlated with available P.The spore density was extremely positively correlated with vesicular colonization.Totel colonization,hyphal colonization and colonization strength were extremely positive.Conclusion] AM fungal ecological distribution was closely related to soil factors.AM fungi was beneficial to the invasion of Flaveria bidentis.The invasion changed local soil properties,and resulted in the dropping of soil fertility.
