摘 要: | [目的]优化花生白藜芦醇的提取工艺条件。[方法]以花生粉为原料提取白藜芦醇,通过单因素试验考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间和料液比对白藜芦醇得率的影响,并采用正交试验法优化有机溶剂回流提取花生白藜芦醇的最佳工艺条件。[结果]各因素对花生白藜芦醇得率的影响顺序为:乙醇浓度提取温度提取时间料液比;有机溶剂回流提取花生白藜芦醇的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1∶25(g/ml),提取温度75℃,提取时间150 min;在此条件下,白藜芦醇的得率达到0.46%。[结论]该方法优选了花生中白藜芦醇的最佳提取工艺条件,方法准确可靠。

Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to optimize the extraction conditions of resveratrol from peanut.[Method] The resveratrol was extracted from the peanut powder,and the effects of ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio were studied with single factor experiment,and the extraction conditions by organic solvents reflux were optimized by orthogonal experiment.[Result] The influential degree of each factor decreased in the order of ethanol concentration>extraction temperature>extraction time>solid-liquid ratio,and the best extraction conditions were 40% ethanol concentration,1∶25(g∶ml) solid-liquid ratio,75 ℃ of extraction temperature and 150 min extraction time,under these conditions,the yield of resveratrol was 0.46%.[Conclusion] The method selects the optimal extraction conditions of resveratrol from peanut,and it is accurate and reliable. |
