| Abstract: | The paper analyzed connotation and status of the professional development of foreign language teachers in common agricultural universities,and discussed the characteristics of reflective teaching,concluded that the reflective teaching is the driving force of the teachers’ professional development,and finally pointed out the research method and implementation process of reflective teaching. |
