摘    要:根据豫北新乡市1971~2009年的气象资料,从降水量、蒸发量方面,对水分变化特征进行分析,并找出干旱的成因。研究表明,豫北降水量和年蒸发量整体呈下降趋势,干旱趋势增加;农田干旱由大气降水不平衡所造成,但其表现在土壤水的失调上;调控旱作制度,大力发展防旱抗旱的农业技术措施,选用抗旱品种,制定节约用水的各项政策,可有效防御干旱发生。

Moisture Change Characteristics, Causes of Drought and Countermeasures in North Henan Province

Abstract:According to the meteorological data of Xinxiang City in North Henan Province from 1971 to 2009,the moisture change characteristics were analyzed from the rainfall and evaporation amount,and the causes of drought were found out.As indicated by the research results,both the rainfall and annual evaporation amount in North Henan Province showed an overall decreasing tendency,while the drought was intensified;the drought of farmland was caused by the uneven precipitation and it was expressed in the imbalanced soil water content;the drought can be effectively prevented by regulating the dry farming system,developing the drought resistance agricultural techniques,selecting the drought-resistant cultivars and formulating various water-saving measures.
