| Abstract: | The major histocompatibility complex(MHC) is of great interest for immunologists because of its important immunological functions.MHC genes are an extended cluster of genes with extraordinary polymorphism,exists over nearly all vertebrates extensively and also play important roles in many other respects.genetics,evolution,behavior,conservation,ecology and so on.The structure,characteristic,functions and polymorphism of cervidae MHC genes were summarized and discussed the relationship of them with economic traits and disease resistance in this article.. |
