摘    要:以不同浓度La3+对拟南芥进行处理,研究La3+对SOD酶、POD酶活性及N、P、K含量的影响,并分析La3+浓度与N、P、K的含量、SOD酶、POD酶之间相关性。结果表明:La3+浓度为5 mg/L的时候,拟南芥地上部分N、P、K的含量与SOD酶的活性均达到最大值;POD酶活性在La3+浓度为5~20 mg/L时均低于对照;La3+浓度在0、5、10、15、20 mg/L 5个处理下所对应的N、P、K的含量与SOD酶、POD酶的活性之间均存在显著相关性。

Abstract:Effects of different concentrations of lanthanum(La3+) on the activity of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) and eroxidase(POD) and the content of N,P,K of arabidopsis were studied in this experiment,and the relationship between the content of N,P,K and the enzyme activity of SOD,POD were analyzed.The results showed that the highest content of N,P,K,and the highest enzyme activity of SOD appeared in 5 mg/L of La3+ solution.Enzyme activity of POD in 5~20 mg/L of La3+ solution was lower than that in the control,respectively.There were significant correlation between N,P,K content and the enzyme activity of SOD,POD in La3+ solution of 0,5,10,15,20 mg/L.
