摘    要:为了探寻植烟土壤中有机肥降解过程中土壤实现微生物活性最高的温湿度条件,以有机混合肥和湖南农业大学烟草种植基地表层土壤为材料,设置不同温度和供水条件处理,分析了培养周期内有机肥在降解过程中土壤微生物的活性。结果表明:S7处理(35℃,饱和含水量)最适合细菌生长;S4处理(25℃,饱和含水量)最适合真菌生长;S8处理(35℃,含水量70%~75%)最适合放线菌生长;S4处理下土壤微生物的多样性和均匀度达到最大。

Abstract:In order to find out the best culture conditions for soil microbial during degradation process of organic mixed fertilizer in tobacco soil,the surface soils of the tobacco-planted base of Hunan Agricultural University and organic mixed fertilizer were used,and soil microbial activities in different temperatures and humidity were analysed.The results showed that S7(35℃,saturation moisture content) was the most suitable conditions for bacterial growth.S4(25℃,saturation moisture content) was the most suitable conditions for fungal growth.S8(35℃,70%~75% moisture content) is the most suitable conditions for the growth of actinomycetes.Diversity Index and Evenness Index of soil microbes in S4 were the highest.
