杂交稻新选恢复系碾米品质与外观品质的分析

摘    要:采用35个杂交稻新选恢复系与已在生产上获得推广的16个杂交稻两系或三系不育系随机配组成73个杂交稻组合,将各杂交稻稻组合杂种F1及其亲本在相同栽培环境条件下种植,对其收获各杂交稻组合与其亲本种子的碾米品质性状及外观品质性状进行了分析.结果表明:丰源A/R2032、P64S/R996、粤太A/R259、金23A/R52等杂交稻组合的碾米与外观品质表现优异;母本T98A、陆18S,父本R2773、保健红米适宜大面积推广配组;杂交稻组合整精米率受恢复系的影响不可忽视,73个杂交稻新选恢复系整精米率的一级优质米达标率为95.9%;杂交稻垩白性状的超亲优势表现明显;同时还发现不同杂交稻恢复系与同一杂交稻不育系配组的杂交稻组合、同一杂交稻恢复系与不同杂交稻不育系配组的杂交稻组合的碾米品质及外观品质各性状均表现不同;今后杂交稻及其亲本的碾米品质和外观品质改良重点是进一步提高糙米率和降低垩白度.

Abstract:73 hybrid rice combinations were randomly crossed by 35 new elected restorer lines and 16 male sterile lines of two-line hybrid rice or three-line hybrid rice which already have promoted in the production.The F1 of each hybrid rice combination and its parents were planted under the same environmental conditions,and then the milling quality and appearance quality of harvested seeds from F1 and its parents were analyzed.The results indicated that FengyuanA/R2032,P64S/R996,YuetaiA/R259 and Jin23A/r52 have good performances in milling quality and appearance quality;the female parent T98A and Lu18S and male parent R2773 and R7 are suitable for extending as restorer line in large scale;the effect of restorer line on head rice rate(HRR) of hybrid rice can not be ignored,and the HRR of 95.9% of 73 hybrid rice combinations with new elected restorer line all reached the national standard of first level quality rice;the hybrid rice showed obvious heterobeltiosis in chalkiness;meanwhile,it found that the hybrid rice combinations crossed by different restorer lines with the same sterile line or the same restorer line with different sterile lines all showed a different performances in each character of milling quality and appearance quality.The future improvement of milling quality and appearance quality for hybrid rice and its parents focuses on enhancing brown rice rate and reducing chalkiness.
