摘 要: | [目的]研究不同氮素浓度条件下诱导的硝酸还原酶活性,为水稻控释氮肥提供理论依据。[方法]对6个基因型的水稻样本(广恢128、长伦占、矮秀占、BG367、6827、七桂早)在不同生育期内用不同浓度的(0、20%、40%、60%)氮素条件诱导,检测硝酸还原酶活性,得出其变化趋势。[结果]结果表明:在4个不同浓度的(0%、20%、40%、60%)氮素条件诱导下,硝酸还原酶活性表现出一定的相似的规律性。在4种氮素条件诱导下,硝酸还原酶活性在分蘖期都表现为最强,随着生育期向后发展,硝酸还原酶活性逐渐降低,成熟期最弱。[结论]水稻对氮素的吸收与利用主要在生长发育的早期,因此对水稻施加有限的氮肥而要获得高产的最佳时期是在生长发育的早期。

Study on the Change Trend of Nitrate Reductase Activity (NRA) during Growth Period of Rice |

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to study the change trend of nitrate reductase activity(NRA) under different concentrations nitrogen-induced conditions during growth period of rice,provide the theoretical basis for controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer of rice.[Method] Choosing 6 different genotypes of rice samples during different growth period,controlling with different concentrations(0,20%,40%,60%) nitrogen-induced conditions,the NRA was determined,come to the change trend.[Result] The results showed that in 4 different concentrations nitrogen-induced conditions,NRA appeared some similar law.The NRA was the strongest during the tillering stage in 4 different concentrations nitrogeninduced conditions.With the development of the growth stage,NRA gradually reduced,and was the weakest in mature stage.[Conclusion] The rice of nitrogen absorption and utilization was mainly in the early growth and development,so the best period of gaining high yield of rice used limited nitrogen was in the early growth and development. |
