| Abstract: | The contradictions between the system of supply and marketing and the mechanism of Hainan Province at present are increasingly conspicuous, so creating new system is necessary and urgent now. How to participate in industrial managment is an important problem and main task of creating new systems and it is also an important way to seek for self|development of supply and marketing cooperative organizations. |
