浙江丘陵山区水稻机械化发展研究*

为适应目前浙江省丘陵山区农业发展和农业“机器换人”对农机装备技术的需求,探索一条丘陵山区水稻机械化发展道路,本文利用SWOT法分析影响浙江省丘陵山区水稻机械化发展的因素,通过国外丘陵山区水稻机械化发展现状及经验,总结浙江省丘陵山区水稻机械化发展存在的问题,提出浙江省水稻机械化发展的总体思路、重点任务,并给出推进水稻机械化发展的政策建议。以“两融”、“两适应”为主要路径,并采取积极有效的政策、技术和工作等各种措施,加快全省丘陵山区水稻机械化发展,促进农业现代化。

Study on rice mechanization development in Hilly area of Zhejiang Province

In order to adapt to the hilly agriculture development and agriculture in Zhejiang province "machine substitution" demand for agricultural machinery and equipment technology, to explore hilly rice mechanization development path, in this paper, using the method of SWOT analysis of the factors affecting the development of hilly rice mechanization in Zhejiang province, through the hilly rice mechanization development present situation and foreign experience, the problems of rice mechanization development in hilly and mountainous areas of Zhejiang province were summarized, the general thinking and key tasks of rice mechanization development in Zhejiang province were put forward, and policy suggestions for promoting rice mechanization development were given. In order to accelerate the development of rice mechanization in hilly areas and promote agricultural modernization, we should take "two harmonization" and "two adaptation" as the main path and adopt various measures of active and effective policies, technologies and work.
