鹤壁市在数字农业建设方面探索了模式,创新总结了经验,但在数字农业建设和应用方面还存在资源整合不充分、新技术应用不足、系统建设滞后、示范带动作用不强等问题。围绕如何紧跟国家战略、用活上级政策、强化顶层设计,将信息技术深入赋能农业生产、农业经营、农业管理和农业服务,打造数字农业建设“鹤壁模式”,按照“13456+N”的架构进行规划建设,进一步探索服务农业农村高质量发展,全面推进生产智能化、经营网络化、管理数据化、服务在线化。 

Development status and suggestions of digital agriculture in Hebi City

Hebi City has explored the mode and innovated and summarized the experience in the construction of digital agriculture, but it also recognizes that there are still some problems in the construction and application of digital agriculture, such as insufficient resource integration, insufficient application of new technologies, lagging system construction, weak demonstration and driving effect and so on. Focusing on how to closely follow the national strategy, use the superior policies, strengthen the top-level design, deeply empower agricultural production, agricultural operation, agricultural management and agricultural services with information technology, create a "Hebi model" for digital agricultural construction, plan and construct according to the "13456 + n" framework, further explore serving the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas, and comprehensively promote the intellectualization of production, networking of management, digitization of management and online service.
