摘    要:高地隙轮式喷雾机在中国的西北与东北有广泛的农业经济市场;对此结合高地隙轮式喷雾机的工作特点与闭式液压系统的优势;制定合理的工作参数,设计符合要求的液压系统;运用AMESim软件模型创建闭式液压传动系统,并根据设计选型的液压元器件数据进行仿真分析;根据分析结果对样机进行优化升级,进行验证试验。试验结果表明设计的闭式液压传动系统满足高地隙轮式喷雾机实际工况的使用要求;为农业机械智能化控制改造提供一个稳定的实验平台。

Abstract:Based on the working characteristics of the high-gap wheel sprayer and the advantages of the closed hydraulic system, the reasonable working parameters have been worked out,AMESim software model is used to create a closed Hydraulic drive system, and according to the design and selection of hydraulic components data for Simulation Analysis; To run a validation test. The test results show that the designed closed Hydraulic drive system can meet the operational requirements of the high gap wheel sprayer and provide a stable experimental platform for the intelligent control of agricultural machinery.
