摘    要:针对农村生态厕所人粪便达到无害化、资源化的目的,提出一种快速、环保处理方法,进行了好氧发酵处理设备设计及样机制作,详细介绍了预混系统、发酵系统、除臭系统和智能控制系统。基于人粪便进行了好氧发酵试验,结果表明,该设备杀菌、发酵速度快,发酵腐熟度高,并且具有结构新颖、操作便捷等优点,具有良好的市场应用前景。

Abstract:In order to recycle and reuse the human feces in rural ecological toilets, a fast and environmentally friendly treatment method was proposed. The aerobic fermentation treatment equipment was designed, a production of prototype was accomplished. The parts such as premixing system, fermentation system, deodorization system and intelligent control system were introduced in detail. Aerobic fermentation experiment was carried out. Results showed that aerobic fermentation treatment equipment had a high speed of Sterilization and fermentation, high compost maturity, novel structure and simple operation, which had the good market application prospect.
