蜜环菌菌种的分离纯化复壮研究

摘    要:试验发现,蜜环菌子实体在现蕾时,对其环境条件有较严格的要求,即温度为14℃~20℃,湿度80%~90%,光照1000lx左右。虽分离蜜环菌种源的材料很多(菌材、菌索、母麻、白麻、蜜环茵子实体),但以从蜜环菌子实体中用孢子分离法,分离的成功率高,得到的菌丝体和菌索生长势强,生活力旺盛。生产和分析了制作蜜环菌栽培种和原种的5个配方,证实配方1和配方2是最优化的培养基。培养基中含水量以65%~70%为宜。

Abstract:This study showed that the budding process of the fruiting body requires a strict environment with temperature from 14℃ to 20℃, humidity 80%-90%, light around 1 000 lx. Various materials can be used to isolate Armillaria mellea, such as rhizomorph, parent tuber, immature tuber and the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea. However, spore separation from the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea gave the best results with stronger mycelium, rhizomorph, higher viability. Moreover, 5 formulas were presented here to produce growing strains and original strains of Armillaria melleo, among which formula 1 and formula 2 were the optimal media. The best water percentage was 65% to 70%.
