微波辅助提取海苔多酚工艺研究

摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,对微波辅助提取海苔多酚工艺条件进行研究,确定了多酚提取的工艺条件。最优的工艺条件为:微波辐射功率500W,乙醇浓度25%,液固比25,提取时间30s。

Abstract:On base of single factor experiment,microwave assisted extraction conditions of polyphenol from seewead were investigated and determined.The optimum conditions showed that the microwave power was 500W,the concentration of ethanol was 25%,the ratio of liquid to solid was 25,and the microwave extraction time was 30 seconds.
