| 摘 要： | 以澳洲黑鸡为动物模型,采用土霉素灌胃进行急性和蓄积性毒性试验,系统研究土霉素对鸡的生长性能、组织病理变化、血液生化指标等的影响,为安全生产无公害肉制品和保障动物性食品安全提供科学的参考依据。急性毒性试验结果表明,土霉素对鸡的LD50为4.01g/kg;蓄积性毒性试验结果表明,土霉素对鸡有中等蓄积作用。

| Abstract: | In this test,the chicken were taken as animal models and were filled Oxytetracycline in the stomach in order to perform the acute and accumulative toxicity experiment.By the systematic research on the effects of Oxytetracycline to the chicken' growth performance,pathological change,biochemistry target in blood,some scientific evidence and reference were provided for the non-polluted meat products and the food supervision department.The results of the acute toxicity showed that the LD50 was 4.01 g/kg.The res... |
