摘    要:将高碳非调质钢C70S6用于现有柴油机机型的YTO连杆制造技术中,对连杆大头孔分离面加工胀断工艺进行了研究。试验表明,用该技术制造的连杆可满足产品要求。

Abstract:The high carbon non-hardened tempered steel C70S6 is developed and used for YTO connecting-rod manufacturing technology.The fracture splitting process is applied to parting face process of connecting rod big end bore.The mechanical performance test shows that the connecting rod made by this technology can meet the product requirement.
