浅谈连杆结合面齿形的加工方法

摘    要:以曼海姆柴油机连杆为例,分析连杆结合面齿形的切削和磨削加工。通过工艺实践,磨削加工比铣削加工的加工时间短,连杆结合面齿形的贴合度高,并可得到精度很高的齿形,较低的表面粗糙度,尺寸的稳定性也较好,这样,对连杆的整体性能有较大的提高。其适合在自动化设备进行自动化加工,可在实际生产中推广、应用。

Abstract:Based on production practice of diesel connecting rods,the machining methods of the gear profile in the joint face are analyzed.Derived from machining experience,compared with milling,grinding time is shorten within a wide range,and the joint degree of gear profile in the joint is increased greatly.By grinding,gear profile can get high precision,lower roughness and better dimension stability.So the whole performance of the connecting rod can be improved greatly.This method can generalized in practice to increase the economic benefit.
