摘    要:本文选取了10个中国香菇野生种和2个栽培种.采用RAPD技术进行遗传差异测定.16个随机引物共扩增出118条DNA带,在此基础上分析并构建了遗传相关聚类图.结果表明,我国的香菇野生资源存在着较大的遗传差异,10个野生种菌株之间的遗传相似性在50%~80 %之间.

Abstract:Ten wild strains and two cultivated strains of Lentinula edodes from China were used for genetic diversity analysis with RAPD technique. A total of 118 products were amplified with 16 arbitrary primers and dendrogram of genetic similarity was constructed on this basis. It was noted that more genetic diversity existed in shiitake wild strains tested. The genetic similarity index between 10 wild strains varied from 50% to 80%.
