关于大豆紫斑病菌(Cercospora Kikuchü Matsumoto et Tomoyasu)的生物学的研究

 大豆紫斑病是华北和东北的大豆生产中重要病害之一。华东和西南地区也有这一病害的报告^[3]。虽然这是一种重要病害,可是对于它的病原菌生物学的研究尚不多。

PURPLE STAIN FUNGUS OF SOYBEAN SEEDS

The purple stain of soybean has been regarded as one of the important diseases of soybean crops in certain parts of China.The diseased seeds collected from North China show not only purple stain on the testa,but also dark brown and greenish black specks.Isolates either from the purple or black specks produce the same type of colonies.Inoculations made on the swelling (but not yet germ-inating) seeds in Petri-dishes reveal that both the isolates cause purple stain of the testa.It is evident therefore,that the purple-stain fungus also gives rise black stain in natural conditions.
