论农业高校学报编辑的现代意识

编辑素质是高校农业学报质量的保证。作为期刊工作中心环节的编辑工作，必须适应新形势的发展，加快编辑观念和编辑行为模式的转变，尤其需要注重现代编辑意识的培养。在分析高校农业学报编辑现状的基础上，笔者指出编辑应树立的现代编辑意识：超前意识和创新意识、全面质量意识、竞争意识、国际化意识和主动学习的意识。这些意识是提升高等农业学报的品质的关键因素。

On Modern Consciousness of Editors for Agricultural University Journals

Fine editors are guarantees for high-quality agricultural university journals. As the key part of university journals, editors must keep up with the pace of modern society and change their thinking in modern society and change their thinking and behavior modes, especially cultivate their modern editing thoughts. After analyzing the status quo of agricultural university journals, the author holds the view that editors must have modern thoughts, such as innovation, comprehensive quality, competition, globalization and active study. Only when they have improved these modern thoughts, can they elevate the quality of agricultural university journal.
