| 摘 要： | 本文在同一群体中,对哈佛台阶试验和30秒30次蹲起试验两种评定人体心功能的方法,进行了对比试验研究,统计结果表明:哈佛台阶试验和30秒30次蹲起试验呈高度相关,达到显著水平.说明30秒30次蹲起试验作为普通高校评价大学生心功能的指标,更具有实用价值.

| Abstract: | This article deals with a comparative study on the two tests in evaluating the heart function of people of the same group. The two tests are Haruard step test and the test of squtting down and standing up 30 time in 30 seconds. The result of the study shows that both tests are related to the heart and both can reach a evident levels, but the latter one proves to be a more practical test in evaluating the heart function of undergrates in Universities. |
