| 摘 要： | 本文对波其氏球孢变型块菌子囊孢子发育中的败育现象进行了研究.从单核子囊孢子形成以后的发育中,观察到停止发育的孢子、变形和解体、胞质浓缩和空化,孢子坍缩以及无饰纹孢子等多种败育现象.结果表明,孢子败育是波其氏球孢变型块菌子囊含有4个以下孢子的原因.

| Abstract: | The ascospore abortion during its development in the truffle, Tuber borchii f. phacrosporum Malen-con was studied in this paper. After uninucleate ascospore formation, the abortive phenomena of non-development ascospore, shape change and dispersion, cytoplasm condensation and emptying, ascospore -collapse and non-ornament ascopore formation ect. were observed. The result showed that ascospore abortion was the reason why Thber borchii f. phacrosporum Malencon contains fewer than four as-cospores in each ascus. |
