摘    要:钙作为植物的第二信使,对植物的生长发育、光合作用及有关酶的调控均具有重要作用。而钙含量过高或过低均会影响相关生理生化过程,最终导致植物受到伤害。不同的植物对钙有不同的需求,这就产生了植物对钙适应的不同机制。其中以嗜钙植物和嫌钙植物为典型,嗜钙植物能在高钙土壤中正常生长,而嫌钙植物很少能在高钙土壤中生长,说明嗜钙植物有适应高钙环境的途径和方法。该研究主要介绍了钙对植物的影响和植物对不同钙环境的适应机制,证实钙对植物的重要性。随着钙作为第二信使受到广泛关注,发现仍有许多问题尚待解决。

Abstract:Calcium,as a second messenger of plants,plays an important role in plant growth,photosynthesis and regulation of related enzymes.However,if the calcium content is too high or too low,the physiological and biochemical processes would be affected and the plants would eventually be harmed.Different plants have different calcium requirements,which leads to different mechanisms of plant adaptation to calcium.Among them,calciphile and calcifuge are typical,and calciphile could normally grow in high-calcium soils,while calcifuge rarely grow in high-calcium soils,indicating that calciphile have access to high-calcium environments and method.This study mainly introduced the effect of calcium on plants and the adaptation mechanism of plants to different calcium environments,and confirmed the importance of calcium on plants.With the widespread concern of calcium as a second messenger,many problems still remained to be solved.
