四种鲜食葡萄茎段导管长度与形态指标关系

摘    要:以4个品种鲜食葡萄茎段为试材,利用简易注气法测定了木质部导管长度相关参数,分析了导管长度指标与形态学指标的关系,以期为研究鲜食葡萄导管形态与功能关系提供相关信息。结果表明:4个葡萄品种最大导管长度间差异显著(P<0.05),由大到小分别为"夏黑"(122.69 cm)>"巨玫瑰"(82.17 cm)>"阳光玫瑰"(73.80 cm)>"醉金香"(61.86 cm)。平均导管长度也存在显著差异,从大到小分别为"夏黑"(54.00 cm)>"巨玫瑰"(28.64 cm)>"阳光玫瑰"(24.98 cm)>"醉金香"(17.40 cm)。最大分布导管长度由大到小分别为"夏黑"(27.00 cm)>"巨玫瑰"(14.32 cm)>"阳光玫瑰"(12.49 cm)>"醉金香"(8.70 cm)。不同葡萄品种平均导管长度、最大导管长度与节间距、直径间的关系存在差异,品种间最大导管长度和平均导管长度均与节间距显著正相关,而与茎段直径不相关。品种内和品种间,葡萄茎段最大导管长度与平均导管长度均呈极显著线性相关。

Abstract:Stems of 4 table grapes (Vitis vinifera L.) varieties were taken as materials, and xylem vessel lengths were determined by simplified air injection method, and the relationship between the vessel length and morphological indices were analyzed, so as to provide information for studying the relationship between the morphology and function of table grapes. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the maximum vessel length among 4 grape varieties with the values from high to low of 122.69, 82.17, 73.80, 61.86 cm for ‘Summer Black’‘Jumeigui’‘Shine-Muscat’‘Zuijinxiang’,respectively. Mean vessel length and mode length were 54. 00,28. 64,24. 98,17. 40 cm and 27. 00, 14. 32, 12.49, 8. 70 cm for ‘Summer Black’‘Jumeigui’‘Shine-Muscat’‘Zuijinxiang’, respectively. The relationship among mean vessel length,maximum vessel length,and internode space, diameter showed different for different grape varieties. The maximum and mean vessel length were significantly positively correlated with the internode space while not with stem diameter. Within and between varieties, the maximum length of the canal and the average length of the catheter in the stem segment were significantly linearly related.
