秋甘蓝种质资源农艺性状主成分和聚类分析

摘    要:以11份秋甘蓝种质资源为试材,对13个农艺性状进行相关性、主成分和聚类分析,以期筛选出性状优良的秋甘蓝育种亲本材料。结果表明:单球质量变异系数最大。除中心柱长和宽外,其它11个农艺性状之间存在较为紧密的相关关系。在主成分分析中,选取方差累积贡献率为85.955%的前3个主成分来评价秋甘蓝种质资源,并进行综合得分,其中P1、PF、"京丰一号"、PM、P3综合性状表现较好。聚类分析将11份秋甘蓝种质资源在遗传距离为8时分为4类,其中第Ⅰ类和第Ⅲ类的优势明显。可利用相关性、主成分与聚类分析方法对秋甘蓝农艺性状进行分析和综合评价,筛选出优良的育种亲本材料。

Abstract:The correlation,principal component and cluster analysis of 13 agronomic traits were carried out with 11 germplasm resources of autumn cabbage,in order to screen out the varieties of autumn cabbage with excellent traits.The results showed that the single-ball weight coefficient of variation was the largest,except for the length and width of the center column,there was a close correlation between the other 11 traits.In the principal component analysis,the first three principal components with a cumulative contribution rate of 85.955% were selected to evaluate the autumn cabbage materials,and the comprehensive scores were obtained.Among them,the comprehensive traits of P1,PF,‘Jingfeng 1’,PM and P3 performed better.Cluster analysis showed that 11 varieties of autumn cabbage were divided into 4 categories at a genetic distance of 8,and the advantages of type I and type III varieties were obvious.Correlation,principal component and cluster analysis methods can be used to analyze and comprehensively evaluate the agronomic traits of cabbage,and select excellent varieties.
